Adelaide Hills Baking Classes

Delicious, wholesome, home-baked cakes, inspired by my German heritage, are my passion. The cakes are adaptations of old recipes from my family and friends that have been handed down through generations and enjoyed at many happy family gatherings.

After many years of offering my cakes at local markets in the Adelaide Hills, I would love to share my passion for beautiful, tasty baked goods with you and show you how you can create these cakes at home to enjoy with your family and friends.

I am offering a range of baking classes (with new themes added regularly) that I run in our home kitchen. I invite you to join one of these classes in a relaxed, fun environment under my guidance - I am an experienced, yet self-taught, baker and cake maker.
