‘Taster’

This ‘Taster’ class will provide you with a fabulous intro to my baking, and, of course, also my classes. You will bake a couple of my most popular loaf cakes, including:
- a ‘very lemony’ lemon or citrus loaf
- and a delicious pear & lemon myrtle cake
And I will also show you how you can adjust the lemon cake recipe to create an impressive citrus, apricot & almond cake.

We will start the class around our kitchen table, and I will take you through the recipes step-by-step, before you roll up your sleeves and get mixing and baking! We will finish off with a bite to eat, and you will also take one of each cake home, so you can share them with family and friends.

Apart from being fun, the class is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence to replicate each recipe at home. I also keep the classes small (with a maximum of 8 participants), so that there is plenty of opportunity for questions and conversations to maximise your learning and to benefit from my extensive nutrition knowledge, adding a further dimension to your experience.

The duration of the class is approx. 3 - 3.5 hours. The class is suitable for beginners as well as those seeking to expand their repertoire.

Please, bring any dietary requirements to our attention at the time of booking. Late notifications may not be able to be accommodated on the day of the class.
