Private classes offer you the very special opportunity to enjoy a baking class with me in the company of friends or family, or with corporate members or clients, at a date and time that suits you [* subject to availability].


I will work with you to design a perfect class for you with cakes that you and your group would like to bake, or select an option from my wide range of classes.


So … get together a group of up to 6 individuals and get in touch using the ‘Contact’ form or give me a call, to discuss your ideas and questions and design the perfect class to take place at a mutually agreeable date.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
We will start the class around our kitchen table, and I will take you through the recipes step-by-step, before you roll up your sleeves and get into it! We will finish off around the kitchen table with a bite to eat (a generous cheese and fruit platter), and you may wish to add a glass of bubbles as a special extra.
Each participant will, of course, also take one of each cake home.


The duration of the class is approx. 4 hours. The class is suitable for beginners as well as those seeking to expand their repertoire.
